Advertising:
- How does advertising on SugarDesire work?
Advertising is done through Project Wonderful, a website that offers free advertising service (having an account is required). Just click on the text below the advertising space and you'll be taken to their website. Placing your ad on the SugarDesire website can be free as well, depending on how many people bid on the advertising spaces. Bidding always starts at $0.00 (there's no minimum amount) and is raised with only $0.01 each time (after $0.10 the bidding amount increases). SugarDesire accepts most ads, but will refuse ads that contain and/or link to adult content, sensitive content and content that promotes illegal actions.
Graphic ads should be 117x30 pixels (horizontally) or 125x125 pixels in size. More info can be found on the website of Project Wonderful.
- How can I apply for a collaboration with SugarDesire?
Even though SugarDesire is looking for collaborations with other artists, realising this is still a bit complicated considering payment, production cost, international shipping of products etc. it will take some time to figure all these things out. Feel free to contact me though if you have an idea. - Is it possible to sell my own products at SugarDesire?
This is the same case as with collaborations; realising this is still a bit difficult especially considering the international shippingof products, so please be patient until this feature becomes available in the future. - Is SugarDesire looking for other artists/designers?
Yes! Artists who want to design prints for badges, T-shirts and cards are welcome. Just send me an email with a few examples of your work (high resolution not neccessary) to see if your work is suitable to be sold at SugarDesire. Please note that SugarDesire will not pay you for your design, you will be paid out your own share (in percentages, depends on the product) of the profit of each sold product. Payments will be done after every 5 products that have been succesfully sold.
- How can I pay for my order?
Payments are done safely through a secured Paypal page. Paypal accepts VISA, Mastercard, American Express and Discover card, but now also offers the option to deduct costs straight from your bank account.
- Will sold out products be restocked?
Depending on their popularity (how fast they were sold out, how many were sold, etc) some products may be restocked. This will be mentioned in the Sold out Gallery. - What does it mean when a product contains 'Original artwork'?
'Original artwork' refers to artwork made directly by hand (read: not printed), meaning that every product containing original artwork will be unique, even when the website offers more than one piece.
